Processing Orders

Orders should be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. If there are any issues with fulfilment of your order we will be in contact with you as soon as possible via the contact information provided by you via our website.

Any orders placed during the weekend (Friday evening - Sunday) will be fulfilled the next business day.

Shipping within New Zealand

We use New Zealand Post services for our nation-wide deliveries. Expected delivery times after order is fulfilled:

Within Auckland - 1-2 business days
Outside of Auckland - 2-3 business days
Rural Areas - 3 -4 business days

International Shipping

We use different shipping providers for our International customers. It could range from New Zealand Post, FedEx, DHL or any other providers we think would offer the best price according to your delivery times.
