Yes, we have shipped to USA, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?
Mostly from Samoa or Pacific Islands with some local Kiwi suppliers who's hand-made pacific products align with our business values.

CAN I BULK BUY?
Yes you can. Please get in touch with us first. There will be a 50% deposit required in order for us to begin processing order.
CAN I HOLD AN ITEM?
We can hold an item without a deposit for up to 24-48hours before we put it back up for sale. For any longer, we may require a deposit if product is high in demand. Please speak with a staff member first.
WHY CAN'T I CHECK-OUT ONLINE?
1. We can not deliver to your destination
If you live in a remote island or rural area, our courier may not be able to reach you. You may need to have it delivered to someone close nearby where road is accessible for deliveries.
2. If you live outside of the Pacific Islands or USA, we may not be ready to deliver to you yet.
3. Your cart has a large, heavy or oversized item in it that needs a custom quote for shipping and delivery. Oversized items taken via air freight is quoted at a custom price due to size, weight and where it is going. Please contact our team so we can sort this out for you.
WHAT ARE YOUR FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES?
1. Pick-up from in-store
If you are picking up from our store in Auckland it should be ready upon order and payment online during our opening hours.
2. Online deliveries
If you order online and need it to be shipped overseas, it can take up to 10 business days with no delays for economy, 2-3 business days for courier track and trace and 1-2 days for urgent courier.
If you have ordered something custom made or in bulk, this can take longer, but not always. Our team will make every effort to stay in communications with you.
